• We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated valuations and are not liable for decisions made based on these estimates.
• Valuation results are for informational purposes only and should be verified with licensed real estate professionals.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Posting fraudulent, false, or misleading property listings.
• Sending spam, unsolicited communications, or engaging in harassment.
• Scraping, data mining, or automated extraction of platform content without authorization.
• Impersonating other users, entities, or NexaraOne staff.
• Interfering with the proper functioning of the platform or attempting to bypass security measures.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on NexaraOne.com are owned by or licensed to us. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission. User-generated content (property listings, photos) remains the property of the respective users, but by posting, you grant us a license to display and distribute that content on our platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

NexaraOne.com is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the platform or user-generated content.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Turkish law. Both parties agree to resolve disputes amicably before pursuing legal action.
